All three girls fast asleep after waking up at 4 a.m. and flying to Salt Lake. This is the third trip that I have made flying with all three girls by myself and I think that this went the smoothest of all.
We went to go see Great Grandpa and Grandma Taylor, but we had to run a few errands first. Sophia was so concerned and kept reminding us that we told her that we were going to see "great gramma." I'm not sure if she was worried that we had forgotten or that we'd tricked her into coming along.
Isla and Toby became fast friends. She loved pulling his toy away from him. The little puppy that grandma gave her has become her lovie of choice for nap and bedtime. She cuddles up close and we often find puppy fuzz all over her face when she wakes up because she loves to bite his fur. (We're currently waiting on one more bottom tooth.)
Grandma always has treats to share! Isla ate all of Kaity's popsicle. She is such a great auntie.
Grandma is always surprised at Sophie's talking. She has quite a bit to say when Aleigha let's her get a word in edgewise.
Deep conversations between these two. We sure love them and are glad they let us come bug them every great once in awhile.
We are so grateful we were able to all be at Kaity and Austin's wedding! We sure miss being near family and we were happy to get to see everyone all at once. The dinner Friday night was so delicious!
Thanks for letting me steal your dress Kait! We were at Cynthia's with the flower lady making last minute rain arrangements and one of her daughters asked if I was Kaity's sister, well...yes I am :) I think we could pull it off.
Kaity and Austin were sealed in the Manti Temple. I had never been inside and it was neat to see the history it contained. The sealer was a man the Grandpa Robinson knows and whom Trevor and I met while we were in Kirksville and he and his wife were serving a mission in Nauvoo. I wish that I had gotten pictures there but it was chilly and windy and it was all I could do to keep the girls content and somewhat smiling.
The reception was just gorgeous! Kaity has such good taste. The rain never bothered us anyway. :)
Such yummy lemonades, thanks to Great Grandma Taylor!
Austin fulfilling his new duties.
Really, the best food I have ever had at a wedding!
Congratulations, Kaity and Austin! We are so happy for you! You are just the sweetest couple. We love you guys!
Next on the agenda: we were able to go to the Payson Temple open house in the morning before our flight left. I was so in awe of the beauty of every detail. Go look online for pictures of the interior. Dark wood, deep reds and greens and beautiful stained glass. We wanted the girls to be able to have a temple experience while we were there too. I am so grateful for temples and the power that they give us to be able to live with our families for eternity. My family, in all aspects, is the greatest thing in my life. I know that our Father in Heaven has a plan for each of us. "Our Father has a family, it's me, you, all others too we are His children!...God gave us families to help us become what he wants us to be. This is how he shares His love, for the family is of God!"
